We can jump from topic to topic or focus on a particular area of your life - whatever you prefer. There is no one size fits all approach to therapy, and that’s one of the things I love about it! We get to design your treatment and make adjustments along the way. And the most important part - you decide where we go!
For the first 4-6 months, I prefer to meet weekly as there is so much to learn about you. We can make adjustments throughout our time working together.
